I had tried selling my home over the last year or so. I hired two different firms which had the listing for six months each. Both firms completely failed expectations. I didn’t get feedback on showings, and I did not have a lot of showings. I called them more than they called me. When I decided to hire Jerry Pinkas and his team things began to change. I met Jerry and Ira Sisk at my home, and we evaluated the home’s condition and what the asking price would start at. They knew the market and what I could expect to sell at given the market conditions and the appraisal situation. They were not afraid to give bad news. I got their honest opinions whether I liked those opinions or not. I am a firm believer that you do yourself no favors by only listening to those that tell you what you want to hear. Jerry also brought his entire team over to view the home together and give their opinions to me. There were many things that Jerry and Ira pointed out that would be distractions for selling the house. I took note of these and made corrections on all of the items. Some other and more expensive details were not done such as replacing the carpet. Jerry and Ira convinced me that some buyers wouldn’t like the color chosen so the expense might not be worth the spending to get the sale done. The deal took a lot of time for various reasons, but I can say we had a lot of showings. Getting traffic thru the house was constant. Ira called me frequently, and he conversed with other agents for feedback and gave me feedback on all visits. When the original agents I hired brought five customers through the door, Ira and Jerry brought thirty customers through the door. This is what they promised they would do and they delivered. Ira got involved when we had a sale, but the process dragged on too long. He put enough pressure on the selling agency/ agent to move ahead and complete this sale. I would recommend both Ira and the Jerry Pinkas team without hesitation.

We had a home to sell in the Myrtle Beach area, and Ira Sisk was the agent that got the job done!!!! Most of my correspondence with Ira was via phone or email. He is a hard worker and knows what it takes to make the sale. From power washing the house to making a video of the interior, sending us emails whenever there was a showing, Ira kept us in the loop. He had a tough job—selling a mobile home on leased land in a community is a much different market and much more robust.
