Anyone who’s experienced Myrtle Beach, SC during the summer knows why it’s considered one of the best vacation spots in the entire country. Not only does Myrtle Beach have some of the most beautiful beaches and clear waters on the east coast, but it also has hundreds of amazing restaurants to enjoy, shops to peruse, and attractions to explore. However, sometimes staying in a large, luxury hotel takes away from intimacy, especially when a vacationer is with his or her family. Unlike the other rooms at the Caribbean Resort & Villas, the Chelsea House does not consist of large towers packed with guests. It’s a much smaller complex that sits directly across from Ocean Boulevard; its location is right by the beach, but it offers its guests more privacy. The Chelsea House is comprised of two or three-bedroom condos that are fully furnished. Both options come with fully equipped kitchens that include a breakfast bar, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, and newly installed granite countertops. There are condos available with private balconies as well that allow residents to enjoy a beautiful view.

Although much smaller than other resorts, the Chelsea House does provide a number of community amenities–these include a spa, hot tub, and pool. Because it’s smaller and more private, the Chelsea House doesn’t provide as many of the amenities as other resorts.  Residents are welcome, however, to walk across the street to the other properties belonging to The Caribbean Resort & Villas, where they can make use of any of the amenities available there. This includes the many water attractions, such as the Oceanfront Waterpark, the Pirates Plunge Waterslide, the Silly Submarine Pool, the Outdoor and Indoor Lazy Rivers, the Indoor Pool, and the Kiddie Pool. Other attractions include the Game Room, the Fitness Room, the Business Center, and more.

Anyone who’s looking to purchase a private condo near the beach without sacrificing any luxury amenities should consider buying a condo at the Chelsea House. Two other condo complexes to consider that are closed by are The Patricia Grand and Anderson.
