This was my first experience purchasing an oceanfront condo along the coast. I used Zillow to locate the properties I wanted to look at. I contacted several realtors about different properties and the only one to get back with me was Bob Natale, with the Jerry Pinkas Team. He stayed in contact with me continually, set up tours of the various properties I wanted to look at, met me when I flew into the Myrtle Beach Airport, picked me up the next day and spent the day letting me view the various condos. When I decided on a particular condo, he helped me negotiate a very fair deal and when we closed he picked me up at the airport and took me to the closing. We purchased and sold a home thru the Jerry Pinkas team. And they are a team! I would recommend them to anyone. Bob Natale was the agent we purchased a home through. We had found a home we were interested in purchasing but we were leaving SC and going back to MN. We called Bob, and he was willing to meet with us on a Sunday morning (Labor Day weekend none the less!). Within hours, we signed a purchase agreement.
