Depending on your realtor and where it is listed, most anyone can go online to see your property listing and therefore you are exposed to a great number of people. And while this can be a great asset as more eyeballs equal more potential offers and buyers, you want to be aware and cautious of the exposure as well. The key to it is to make sure that you are giving access only to the people that are qualified to see your home and not some stranger off the street. There are also emails that are sent out after the appointment, an automated phone call and a few other things to follow up on the appointment.
