One situation that sticks out for us involved a lady who purchased a condo with another realtor and after some time was wanting to list it on the market. The condo ended up being an alligator and she found herself getting bill after bill each month, and overall it ended up being a poor purchase for her. Long story short, we ended up selling the condo for her. A short time later the lady called us after watching our videos online and asked if she could come into the office to speak with an agent. She ended up leaving the office saying that after just thirty minutes of speaking with one of our agents that she learned more than the entire time she was with her previous agent. This just goes to show that we do not want you to get sold like most other real estate agents tend to do.
