Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, my wife and I have called Horry County home after purchasing land and having our custom home built. Prior to moving south, I was the general contractor for building our vacation home at the New Jersey shore so I am very experienced in the process of building a home. I earned my South Carolina Real Estate License in 2005.

While I specialize in land sales, I am also well versed with every type of real estate. I handle all types of real estate transactions including new construction and existing home sales. I am highly experienced with the oceanfront properties as well, whether it be an investment property, second or primary home. I also handle off-beach condo and town home properties.
