Rose Dougherty has spent the better part of her life caring for the disabled and special needs adults. She was employed in New Jersey where she was a lifelong resident until she decided to make the move a few years ago to sunny Myrtle Beach. When Rose decided to purchase property here in Myrtle Beach she was unfamiliar with the area and needed to find a Realtor to assist her in her search. Since moving here Rose has decided to become a Realtor herself to assist others in making the move to the area. Rose became a licensed Realtor in South Carolina in the spring of 2018. She made it her job to become well trained in the real estate business and to further her knowledge of the wonderful area of Myrtle Beach that she now calls home. Rose spent the first year of her real estate career committed to learning the best way to serve her clients and has had many hours working on and improving her knowledge of the market and trends that happen in a unique community such as this. She moved her practice to the Jerry Pinkas Team in June of 2019 so she could really concentrate on doing the best job for her buyers that she could possibly do. Rose has continued to explore and has become very knowledgeable of the area and different developments as well as the beachfront condo market that she loves so much.
