Myrtle Beach is one of the most popular places to buy a vacation home or condo. Condos are typically oceanfront rooms in a resort on the beach. The main difference is that a person owns the room personally instead of renting from the front desk. The room is privately owned. Myrtle Beach Condos for sale can be oceanfront or oceanview and can be on any floor or a resort.  While a person may own the room in the hotel or resort, the person does not own any of the amenities, however he or she may exercise their right to use the amenities. Typically a homeowner of the condo pays homeowner fees to keep pools, lazy rivers slides and other amenities up and running. However, you do not own these amenities, you cannot create any changes to them, whereas you can create changes and remodel your condo.

When someone owns the condo, you can replace amenities, flooring, light fixtures, furniture, furnishes, etc. You have the right to rip out the carpet and install new carpet, repaint walls, decorate it however you want.

Owners of Myrtle Beach oceanfront condos can choose to generate rental income by renting the condo through the front desk, through a privately owned business that rents out multiple, individually owned condos, or rent it yourself. If you do not want to create any income and would like to keep the condo for yourself, you can do that too.

They may have a large rental pool and your condo may not get many rentals. The company may also not advertise enough. They may only feature one or two photos for your property and no one will know what it looks like. They may also create only one webpage for all of the condos they rent for that particular resort. You may just be thrown into a group with other people with similar condos for sale.

It is all about finding the right company. You need to find a smaller company, so that your oceanfront condo will not be thrown into a large rental pool, this way, you can get more weeks booked. Also, if you are to rent through a company, you need to find a company who will advertise your condo for what it is and rent weekly to create maximum rental income.

Slay dragons, fight trolls and goblins and talk to the fairies! MagiQuest is fun for kids of all ages. IMAX Movies and Broadway 16 Theatre are also at Broadway to catch great movies. There are ice cream shops, Tiki Jim’s Tropical Gifts and Gags, Kilg’s Kites and Magic Tricks. There is a 50s style diner, Johnny Rocket’s —known for their malts and milkshakes. Broadway Square has many bars including “Alligator Rocks – Dueling Pianos”, a fun night to be guaranteed. There are boat rides, rock walls, trampolines and paddle boats everywhere. Sit in a “man-made ocean” without all the salt and sand. Try racing down the tallest slides in the world—The Turbo Twisters. These 10 story high slides get speeds up to an amazing 50 feet per second! If adrenaline is something you are after, check out these slides! The Arooba Tooba is hands down thee best ride in the park, great for all ages! Ride a single or double tube down a tunnel and swirl around and around in a large bowl until you funnel out of the bottom of the ride— never the same ride twice! Lifeguards are on duty all day so you never have to worry about your children.

Nascar Speed Park is another great park Myrtle Beach has to offer. Visit this park for a day and get your very own Nascar experience. Race racecars around different style tracks. There are 7 unique and different race tracks in this park along with their own version of miniature golf, bumper boats, kiddie rides and a rock wall. Nascar even has their own video arcade and Nascar themed store. Purchase jackets and license plates with the Nascar emblem.

The Center is thee Boardwalk, with up close views of the beautiful ocean and access to ice cream shops, arcades and bars all with oceanfront views.
