The real estate boom of the early 2000's has seen hundreds of small hotels disappear, only to be replaced by the grand resorts that are being built every day. Truthfully, very few hotels or motels can be found on the oceanfront in Myrtle Beach now. Fabulous resorts such as The Caribbean Resort, The Patricia Resort, The Anderson Ocean Club, Bay View Resort, and many other high-rises line the oceanfront now.

From the far north end in Little River, which borders North Carolina, to about 50 miles south in Garden City Beach, the Grand Strand offers thousands of condominiums to choose from.  Price is, of course, a consideration - with oceanfront condos and Intracoastal Waterway condos usually the more expensive.  If you're looking to buy a condo in Myrtle Beach that brings a rental income with it, you should probably search these types first. South Carolina Haunted Houses are some of the best in the county and this one will not disappoint. Like usual, the best Myrtle Beach Haunted House to go to this Halloween is Terror Under the Bridge! Terror Under the Bridge has been voted the best haunted attraction on the Grand Strand for several years! Many actually still believe the warehouse where Terror Under the Bridge is held is truly haunted.

Out of all of the Haunted Houses in South Carolina, Terror Under the Bridge is the one to go to! The warehouse was built in the early 1890’s and is located under the Main Street Bridge in downtown Conway, SC (right down the road from CCU). The Ghost Hunters have been to this local warehouse and were said to have discovered significant evidence of paranormal activity. Come walk through this 8,000 square foot haunted warehouse for and be prepared to find what demented terror lurks around the corner! Follow your guide through the musty dark halls and visit each daunted room and explore the terrors that lie inside. Stay close together, and move quickly! If you are left behind, the ghosts from the 1890s will get you…Will you survive this horror story???

Directions to Terror Under the Bridge: To get to Terror Under the Bridge, follow 501 North to Conway. Merge right to continue down 501. Do not merge left to go onto 544. When you go over the Main Street Bridge in Conway, take your first right.

Terror Under the Bridge will take place on 5 nights:

• Thursday  October 27th -  7pm -11pm
• Friday October 28th  -  7pm -11pm
• Saturday October 29th – 7pm – Midnight
• Sunday October 30th  – 7pm – Midnight
• Monday Halloween Night October 31st, 2011 – 7pm – Midnight

Admission is $10 and there are special group rates for parties of 8 or more. On Thursday, Friday, & Saturday take $2 off for student I.D. or military I.D.
