Condos are typically oceanfront rooms in a resort on the beach. The main difference is that a person owns the room personally instead of renting from the front desk. The room is privately owned. Myrtle Beach Condos for sale can be oceanfront or oceanview and can be on any floor or a resort.  While a person may own the room in the hotel or resort, the person does not own any of the amenities, however he or she may exercise their right to use the amenities. Typically a homeowner of the condo pays homeowner fees to keep pools, lazy rivers slides and other amenities up and running. However, you do not own these amenities, you cannot create any changes to them, whereas you can create changes and remodel your condo.

MagiQuest is an interactive video game where kids get their very own wall and complete quests throughout the air conditioned building. Some of the quests involve solving riddles to find ingredients in order to complete the quest. Gather up all of the princesses jewels and return them to her and you will receive an amulet! Slay dragons, fight trolls and goblins and talk to the fairies! MagiQuest is fun for kids of all ages. IMAX Movies and Broadway 16 Theatre are also at Broadway to catch great movies. There are ice cream shops, Tiki Jim’s Tropical Gifts and Gags, Kilg’s Kites and Magic Tricks. There is a 50s style diner, Johnny Rocket’s —known for their malts and milkshakes. Broadway Square has many bars including “Alligator Rocks – Dueling Pianos”, a fun night to be guaranteed. There are boat rides, rock walls, trampolines and paddle boats everywhere. Myrtle Waves has a 1,200 ft lazy river­— take a slow, quiet, care-free trip around the park in your own inner tube inside of a long river-like ride. The water park also has a giant wave pool. Sit in a “man-made ocean” without all the salt and sand. Try racing down the tallest slides in the world—The Turbo Twisters. These 10 story high slides get speeds up to an amazing 50 feet per second! If adrenaline is something you are after, check out these slides! The Arooba Tooba is hands down thee best ride in the park, great for all ages! Ride a single or double tube down a tunnel and swirl around and around in a large bowl until you funnel out of the bottom of the ride— never the same ride twice! Lifeguards are on duty all day so you never have to worry about your children.

Nascar Speed Park is another great park Myrtle Beach has to offer. Visit this park for a day and get your very own Nascar experience. Race racecars around different style tracks. There are 7 unique and different race tracks in this park along with their own version of miniature golf, bumper boats, kiddie rides and a rock wall. Nascar even has their own video arcade and Nascar themed store. Purchase jackets and license plates with the Nascar emblem.

When night time rolls around, cruise the boulevard and shop in the beach stores. Buy a pet hermit crab or get a henna tattoo. Take pictures to remember your vacation the Myrtle Beach! Visit Ripley’s Haunted Mansion for a fright you will not forget! Or try Ripley’s mirror maze—travel through walls and walls of mirror and try to find your way out! Try Ripely’s 3D Coaster! Sit in machine powered chairs and put on your 3D glasses and travel through time when the dinosaurs were born! Ripley’s also offers their very own “Believe it or Not!” Museum. Walk through exhibits and read strange facts and watch videos. After this experience you will be asking yourself if what you just saw was real, or not? The boulevard offers plenty of night life entertainment, including thrill rides and attraction, arcades and large shopping stores. Myrtle Beach now has their very own Boardwalk! New to 2010, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk stretches all up and down the Grand Strand, divided into three main parts, the North, Center, and South. The North section offers winding trails through the sand dunes of wooden paths with benches speckled in between. The Center is thee Boardwalk, with up close views of the beautiful ocean and access to ice cream shops, arcades and bars all with oceanfront views. The bank will be happy because they will not have to make payments of the house. When they bank is happy, you will not have to worry about the bank coming after you or hounding you with collection calls. It will also be a better option than a foreclosure because your credit score will not be affected.

- foreclosure can damage your credit score anywhere from 7 to ten years

- foreclosures can leave a family with an eviction notice

-foreclosures leave the banks unhappy, resulting in the banks coming after a family for years to come

-the mortgage will be paid off in full

-while selling the house, you will be allowed to live there longer then a foreclosure (in some cases, a foreclosure will leave a family with a eviction notice)

- your credit score will be saved

If a short sale is not for you, you can try a loan modification. What is a loan modification? A loan modification will prevent a foreclosure by lessening your loan payments and making the loan current. Types of modification results are: rate reduction, term extension, forbearance and repayment plans. We have all of the necessary tools required for a loan modification, in some cases, it is better to get a loan modification then it is to file for a short sale. Keep in mind that a loan modification needs time. A typical loan modification will take from 3 to 6 months to complete.
